[Kingston, NY] May 15, 2014: MTD4LYFE, a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, is hosting an all-star benefit concert event at the landmark Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, New York on Saturday, June 7th, 2014. The proceeds from the concert will benefit MusiCares and The O+ Festival organization to support musicians in need from all walks of life.
