It was a simple idea: Giving back to help musicians in need. That’s the heart of MTD4LYFE and the musicians who inspire it. Today, we’re doing it.

Since Michael Tobias founded Michael Tobias Design, people continued to tell him that MTD Bass should host an event at The NAMM Show, but he always felt like it needed to have a real reason behind it before pursuing the idea. We have that reason, along with the creation of our new charitable non-profit foundation, MTD4LYFE™.

With the success of our launch at The 2012 Winter NAMM Show, Michael Tobias Design (a.k.a. MTD Bass) hosted The MTD Family Reunion Benefit Concert and CD release party that provided financial support for two of Mike’s favorite, and finest, organizations that are actually helping musicians in need, MusiCares® and H.E.A.R.®
